Narrative

The rounded ice-free point on the N coast of Livingston Island projecting 350 m into Barclay Bay. Situated NW of Rotch Dome, 3 km SW of Rowe Point, 4.5 km ENE of Lair Point, and 1.7 km NE of Nedelya Point. British mapping in 1968. Named after the medieval city of Bilyar, capital of the Volga Bulgaria in 12-13th Century AD.
