Narrative

The rocky peak rising to 186 m in eastern Rugged Island off the W coast of Byers Peninsula, Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands. Situated 680 m E of the highest point of Bakshev Ridge, 930 m SSE of Herring Point, 580 m WNW of Vund Point and 970 m N of Radev Point. Spanish mapping in 1992 and Bulgarian in 2009. Named after Khan Vineh of Bulgaria, 756-760 AD.
