This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The 2.2 km long and 2 km wide glacier on the NW side of Brugmann Mountains on Liège Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Situated NE of Zbelsurd Glacier and SW of Shterna Glacier. Draining the WSW slopes of Vazharov Peak and the NW slopes of Mount Kozyak, and flowing northwestwards into Palakariya Cove. British mapping in 1978. Named after the settlement of Sigmen in Southeastern Bulgaria.
