This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The partly ice-free hill of elevation 2180 m projecting from the ice cap W of north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 6.64 km SE of Helfert Nunatak, 20.78 km WSW of Mursalitsa Peak, 29 km W of Mount Dalrymple and 9 km NW of Kovil Nunatak. US mapping in 1961. Named after the medieval fortress of Beadnos in Southern Bulgaria.
