This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Rising in the south side of the Shanhaiguan Feng and flowing into the Maxwell Bay, the seasonal river is approximately 0.5 kilometres south to the Gui Shan. This river, which is 1.5 km long, covers a wide area and is very deep. Snow and ice melt when summer comes and flow into the sea. It was named when surveying and mapping in the early 1986.
