This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A rocky hill connected with the north of Fildes Strait and west of Biyu Hu.Its peak is 95 meters above sea level. On the southeast side of the mountain, rocks peel off due to frost weathering, and there was left only a long strip of steep rock peaks. In 1986 the mapping workers buried fault motion deformation monitoring point at the top of the mountain. It was named when aerial photos surveying and mapping in February 1986.
