This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The northernmost in the group of three rocky islands in Krivina Bay on the W coast of Trinity Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Situated 1.35 km SSE of Lyon Peak and 3.2 km NE of Romero Point. The feature is 600 m long in NE-SW direction and 380 m wide. Separated from Trinity Island to the N and Dink Island to the SSW by 190 m and 120 m wide passages respectively. British mapping in 1978. Named after Imelin Cave in Northwestern Bulgaria.
