The fan-shaped sequence of ridges spreading east-northeastwards from its summit Madrid Dome (1650 m) on Oscar II Coast, Antarctic Peninsula. Extending 62 km in SW-NE direction and 44 km in NW-SE direction. Bounded by Crane Glacier to the NW, Exasperation Inlet to the NE and Flask Glacier to the S, and linked to Roundel Dome and Bruce Plateau to the WSW by a saddle of elevation 1550 m. British mapping in 1964. Named after the ancient Greek scientist Aristotle who in c. 350 BC was the first to conjecture the existence of a landmass in the southern high-latitude region, calling it Antarctica.

Surmounting Crane Glacier to the NW and N, Spillane Fjord to the NE, and Sexaginta Prista Bay, Mapple Glacier and the head of Melville Glacier to the S. British mapping in 1976. Named after the settlement of Arkovna in Northeastern Bulgaria.

Situated 8.75 km SSE of Erovete Peak, 11 km N of Smilyan Bastion and 14.8 km ENE of Quervain Peak. Steep and partly ice-free S slopes. Surmounts Klebelsberg Glacier to the S, and Finsterwalder Glacier to the N and NW. British mapping in 1978. Named after the ancient Thracian settlement of Armula in Western Bulgaria.

The mostly ice-covered island in the Pitt island group of Biscoe Islands situated 1.43 km SE of Pickwick Island, 500 m S of Tupman Island and 900 m NW of Fizkin Island. The feature is 2.53 km long in WSW-ENE direction and 900 m wide. British mapping in 1971. Named after the British cartographer Aaron Arrowsmith (1750-1823) who published a map of the south polar region in 1794.

Situated 11 km SE of Lishness Peak, 14.9 km WSW of Mountainview Ridge in Petvar Heights, 4 km NNW of Bowers Corner, and 12.1 km NE of O’Neale Nunataks in Bastien Range. Precipitous and partly ice-free N and SW slopes. Surmounting lower Nimitz Glacier to the SW and the end of Wessbecher Glacier to the NE. US mapping in 1961 and 1988. Named after the Thracian settlement of Arsela in Southern Bulgaria.

Situated on the side ridge extending from a peak standing on the main crest of the range just NNW of Mount Dawson, 10.4 km SW of Mount Crawford, 10.22 km W of Mount Dawson, 15 km NW of Mursalitsa Peak and 18.65 km SE of Fisher Nunatak. US mapping in 1961. Arzos is the ancient Thracian name of Sazliyka River in Southern Bulgaria.

British mapping in 1968, Chilean in 1971, Argentine in 1980, and Bulgarian in 2009. Named after the ancient Roman town of Asemus in Northern Bulgaria. Approved on December 6, 2010.

Named after Khan Asparuh of Bulgaria, 668-700 AD, who incorporated by treaty the territory between the Balkan Mountains and the Danube in 681 AD.
