(see Hansen chart 6) Renamed after W.H. Oldham, magnetician at Mawson in 1955. First visited by ANARE party led by John Béchervaise in August, 1955.

A nivi feeding the Prince Philip Glacier (Ross Dependency) and the Lucy Glacier to the west of the Cobham Range. Discovered by the N.Z. Geological Expedition (1964-65). Named after Lieut. Olsen, USN, who flew members of the expedition to the nivi and who also supported them on other flying operations.

A peak above the Onnum Valley to the south of Derrick Peak, Britannia Range in the Eastern AAT. The steep lower slopes are of beacon sandstone and the top part of the mountain is made up of a thick dolerite sill.

High rocky palisades of columnar dolerite overlooking the sea to the west of Cape Blake, on the coast of George V Land. Discovered by AAE (1911-14) under Sir Douglas Mawson, who named it because of the similarity of the rock structure to organ pipes.

This hypersaline lake in the Vestfold Hills is richly served by organic inputs from penguins. As a result crusts of dead algae surround the lake and the water has an "earthy smell".

A rocky island about 160 metres in length in Cave Bay on the western side of Heard Island. Named after the American merchant ship Oriental, from which Captain Heard sighted Heard Island on 25 November 1853.

A peak in the Miller Range which falls in vertical cliffs on the eastern side of the Marsh Glacier. Discovered on 26 December 1957, by the Southern Survey Party of the New Zealand component of the TAE (1956-58). Named after H. Orr, IGY scientist at Scott Base in 1957.

A cave in the western wall of Cave Ravine on Ardery Island, Windmill Islands. Discovered in October, 1961, by Dr. M.N. Orton, medical officer at Wilkes after whom it was named.

A shoal of rock, about 45 m in diameter, with a least depth of 61 cm, 3.7 km from the summit of Shirley Island, Windmill Islands. Charted during a hydrographic survey of Newcomb Bay and Approaches by d' A.T. Gale, hydrographic surveyor with the ANARE Expedition on the MV Thala Dan, 1962, led by Phillip Law. Named after Dr. M.N. Orton, medical officer at Wilkes in 1961, who assisted with the survey.

A small peak just south of Mount McCarthy in the eastern part of the Porthos Range, Prince Charles Mountains. Plotted from ANARE air photographs taken in 1956 and 1960. An astrofix was obtained by S.L. Kirkby, surveyor at Mawson in 1956. Named after J.H. O'Shea, radio officer at Wilkes in 1962 and 1964 and at Macquarie Island in 1966.
