This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The heights rising to 2980 m (Mount Gozur) in north-central Sentinel Range, Ellsworth Mountains. Bounded by Ellen Glacier to the S and W, Embree Glacier and Kopsis Glacier to the N, and Rutford Ice Stream and Arapya Glacier to the E. Extending 26 km in N-S direction and 20 km in E-W direction. Linked to Bangey Heights to the NW by Panicheri Gap, and to Barnes Ridge to the E by Dropla Gap. US mapping in 1988. Named after Maglenik Ridge in Southern Bulgaria.
