This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The flat, ice-covered saddle of elevation 850 m in north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains, extending 1.35 km to link Maglenik Heights to the W to Barnes Ridge to the E. Part of the glacial divide between Young Glacier to the N and Arapya Glacier to the S. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlement of Dropla in Northeastern Bulgaria.
