This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak rising to 2800 m in the Bangey Heights of north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 3.23 km N of Bezden Peak, 6.17 km NE of Mount Todd, 7.87 km SE of Mount Goldthwait, 5.06 km SSW of Mount Schmid and 12.17 km WNW of Zimornitsa Peak. Surmounting Patleyna Glacier to the SW. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlements of Golemani and Golemanite in Northern Bulgaria.
